MAJOR ACTIVITIES
•Loading and unloading of general, over-dimensional, refrigerated, and dangerous goods freight, ensuring that the load is secured correctly
•Transportation of freight in a safe and efficient manner to and from customer sites and depots
•Ensure that all freight loaded on the truck matches the paperwork
•Responsible and accountable for a safe working environment reporting any safety incidents or concerns to the Safety Manager
•Ensure compliance with the relevant OH&S requirements
•Conformance to quality systems and procedures
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
•Drivers License Class (Minimum HR) and demonstrated experience
•Refrigeration or general freight experience
•Courteous driver with excellent driving record
•Good written and verbal skills
•Good interpersonal skills
•General mechanical aptitude
•Ability and accreditation to operate a forklift
•First Aid Certificate
•Dangerous Goods License
•Police Clearance
•Ability to comply with company procedures and policies
