With this role you will incorporate the provision of technical product support to Dealer After Sales personnel in the Eastern Region including Victoria, NSW, Queensland, South Australia and Tasmania.
Major activities of this role include:
Being the first point of contact for service managers when technical support is required
Managing technical enquiries on behalf of our customers
Assisting in training of dealer & branch service teams nationally on the effective use of the JCB Tech Web system and other software including JDS as required
Assisting in the identification of technical training required for dealer & branch technicians and coordinate with the technical trainer
Provide back-up support to state based service managers during time of annual leave or extended absence
The successful candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate:
A proven technical knowledge of capital equipment
An ability to manage and motivate personnel
An ability to research the latest technical developments on the range of JCB products.
A sound working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite of programs including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skill
