We operate out of six strategically located branches within Australia including Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane and Mackay and in addition we also service a comprehensive dealer network. We are one of Australia’s fastest growing construction and agricultural equipment distributors. Our products are world class and providing exceptional customer service is at the core of what we do.
Currently we are looking for an experienced Parts Manager, located at our Perth branch. The right person for the job will have a sound knowledge and understanding of parts interpreting within the heavy vehicle construction equipment area and will be responsible for ensuring ongoing exceptional customer service to all our customers.
The successful individual will be responsible for the total parts area, ensuring all parts are ordered and supplied in a timely manner, high customer service standards are maintained and the department continues to run smoothly and develops further.
We are looking for:
Someone with strong leadership and management ability
Minimum of 5 years experience in managing a parts department, including financial accountability
Individuals who are highly motivated and possess outstanding planning, analytical and problem solving skills together with an eye for detail and well developed computer skills
Proven ability to manage, lead and motivate personnel
Exceptional Customer Service/ People skills
